Can't get teredo IP address?

Yesterday, my brother installed an AirPort Extreme (in conjunction with a Motorola Surfboard [not sure of the model]), replacing an old Apple gateway product . However, now whenever i try to access multiplayer on any game for my XBox One it doesn't stay
connected. When I test multiplayer connections, it says that I can't get a teredo IP address and my NAT type is set to strict.

I have little to none in terms of experience with modems/routers/gateways, whatever. I tried googling and searched many different types of solutions and fiddled around with my AirPort settings. People have been saying to turn off IPv6, but I'm starting to think
that my AirPort Extreme can't do that, since it relies on that, not IPv4.

Any help would be appreciated, I would just like to use my console that I paid a good amount for. If you guys need any information, I'll be happy to supply it in regards to my internet set up, if I know it. If anyone can give me help on AirPort Utility it'd
be great and it seems my router settings have little use since I can't change any of the settings also.

Can you share the make and model of your Gateway? If it was provided to you by your internet provider, they may be able to best help with setting up bridge mode as well

For the past few months my chat on Xbox has been bugging out and not connecting to parties, and its because my Xbox one can't pick up the teredo IP address. I have tried everything within reason which includes factory resetting my Xbox and nothing worked
what do I do?

So, if i understand, before, you are connected with wifi and now too. You can try to activ the NAT on AirPort Extreme with a computer which is connected with this network device.

1) If you use a MAC you have a procedure to access to your AirPort Extreme and activ the NAT in the parameters :

2) If you use Windows, you can read this to find IP address :
www.itworld.com/.../what-s-ip-address-airport-router

After, you tip this address in your web-browser and normally, you will access to your AirPort Extreme and try to find the NAT option.

But, when you have access at parameters to your AirPort Extreme i think the best solution for is to modify your AirPort Extreme into access point, not getaway etc. if it's possible in the parameter.
