    Can’t get sons account to play Roblox on Xbox One


    Ok so I am trying to adjust the privacy settings to allow my son to play Roblox. Unfortunately we do not have the option "You can see and share content".

    Please help. Its a little absurd to pay $15/month for something that is a headache to setup and get working.

    I have the same issue, tried exactly this:

    After that, Select Profile & system > Account > family

    Once there, choose your son's account Gamer tag

    Next, go to Privacy & Online Safety -> Xbox Live privacy -> View Details & Customize

    Once on this page, you will need to make changes to settings is both "Communication & multiplayer" and "Game Content".

    But it makes no difference

    I'd like to know if your son's account is set as a child Account into a
    Family Group ?

    Please make changes on Privacy tab and Xbox One/Windows 10 Online Safety
    tab. You will find settings that are related to sharing and seeing content.
