    so how do i actually get ahold of someone that can tell me whats wrong with my Xbox console that actually has some training. I want answers not ideas of what to try. I want to know why my product won't work. At this rate I'm gonna have to throw microsoft
    in a trash can. So if anyone can tell me how to actually get ahold of a Microsoft or Xbox person that would be great. My issue isn't on their list of things to choose from. (Just a common booting error that happens more than it should, and keeps the product
    from working unless you wipe it every time it does it).
