Can't get price/download BC games.

Let me start out by saying I DO have GOLD, just not this GamerTag.

I also DO have a credit card on my Gold acct.

When I go to the 360 section of the store on my XB1, all games have a box "Show Price".

When I click it, the screen flashes but then it's the same screen with "Show Price"??

No way to even see a price, or download game.

Anyone else??

Can't Download BC Games

For some reason I can't download BC games on my xbox one. I have gold and whenever I try to download one my screen flashes when. I press "see price" and goes back. I am waiting for my xbox account security info to be changed but I want to cancel it. When
I put in the last 4 digits of my phone number I don't get the message. Any suggestions?

 

Xbox 360 games on One without 360

Not sure what is going on with the Fallout 3 one for you, but on the bc free games you get from the gold account when you click them in the gold section you click see price and itll show free then you can click download. The other bc games in the marketplace
are same way just when you click show price itll give you an actual price instead of free.

Which games are you looking at specifically?

Also have you tried purchasing the games on the Xbox.com website?

 

ANY 360 titles.

YES, I can purchase on site, and even via my 360, but CANNOT even show price on my XB1.

Are you able to link us to a video or screenshot of what this issue looks like when you try to show price from your Gold account? Seeing this issue will help us a bunch. You can use OneDrive or any other popular image hosting website to send that screenshot.

 

Really nothing special to see....

In the store, when looking at a 360 title, (on my XB1), the price box just say's "SHOW PRICE".

When I click "SHOW PRICE" the screen blanks for a second then just shows the same.

Today I tried to get the GWG free BC game Dead Space, same thing, "SHOW PRICE", but then doesn't.

I had to start the download via my 360, then cancell it on my 360.

Then, when I looked at it on my XB1, instead of "SHOW PRICE", it said "INSTALL", and let me download it.

I have the March update and a card associated with my account, but I can't purchase a 360 game in the store. It reads "show price" where the price/buy option should be shown, and when I click on it, nothing happens. What gives? Sorry if this has been answered,
but I've looked on the Xbox site, all over the web and now here, but to no avail.

This has been an issue since the first pushed it out to preview. In my experience, the trick is is just keep pressing the button till it works. Hopefully there will be an actual fix for this in the next preview update.

Hey, RooK53! In order to understand what is fully happening, we will need a video of the situation. To get it straight to the team that looks into back compat issues (like this), I suggest filling out the survey at the bottom of
this sticky and then linking the video in there. Having that video will help the team understand exactly what is happening to you.

 

Problem solved:

It seem's that by logging into xbox.com with my gold gamertag, and going to the store on here, now my XB1 access's them fine.

 

I have been having this same problem for months. In the box that normally shows a price It just says "show price." I have never been able to purchase a backwards compatable game on my XBOX 1s (gears of war edition) I have had a gold account for 12 years.
This includes the monthly gold free benefit game. Really frustrating.
