Cant get points

Hi

I have had this for a few years now and I have points pending but says I have to update my account which I have tryed to do but still nothing working.

Please could you help with this

usually you talk withsupport for that as every case is different

does your payment option region match your account region if not than you need to get one

international credit cards must have a valid billing address in the region

paypal or prepaid creditcards also need a address matching thr region and billing info

Do exactly what they told you. Contact your provider and let them know. Also If it is not your account it could be possably closed or locked to secure no spending. You can read or remove your paypal account to. Are you tring to get the points from your XBOX
or from the computer? Laslt, I'll give you a website that might help.
