Cant get past the "was this you who changed account security?"

So today I logged into my email and it asked me to verify it using a code that would be sent to my phone number. Well I dont have that phone number anymore so I had to add a new backup which takes 30 days apparently to verify. My problem is, is that when
I try to log onto my xbox one account it asks if I was the one who made the changes. I click that it was me, then it asks if I figured out my old email or phone number and if not then click next to continue using xbox live. I click next but when I do I am
brought back to the first again asking if it was me who changed the security? I have tried redownloading my account but it still does the same thing. Please help me.

Is there someone I can speak to about my account being hacked.

I wasn't aware my account is locked, so they guy who has my account cant get in? That's somewhat relieving.

 

Is the strategy guide for this game worth it?

It has happened exactly the same to me. It´s so annoying.

 

Exact same problem! My Xbox is essentially unplayable because of this error. I have tried a full reset of the console multiple times and that didnt help either

 

What happens when you click no this wasn't me?

 

xbox put a verify security on my xbox one. i cant access my email to get it. so they told me to delete my account, cause theres nothing they can do. so iv lost my games and gold live what i paid for. joke
