Cant get past the main neu of "Age of Empires" because XBox Account not synced

Can't get past the main menu of "Age of Empires: Definitive edition" it keeps saying (roughly translated) "Please wait a bit, still syncing with Xbox Live". I already reinstalled the Game, no effect. Yesterday everything was working
fine.

Age of Empires 3 Code

Hi,

ich habe mir vor Jahren mal Age of Empires 3 gekauft.

Leider ist mir dann irgendwann die CD1 abhanden gekommen. (CD2+CD3 sind vorhanden)

Nun hat sich ein Freund von mir Age of Empires 3 gekauft und ich dachte,ich könnte seine CD1 für die Spieleinstallation benutzen und meinen Code eingeben.

Leider funktioniert das nicht,da mein Code immer abgewiesen wird,ich vermute mal,weil seine Version weitaus neuer ist.

Nun wollte ich fragen,ob die Möglichkeit besteht,einen neuen Code zu beantragen oder sonstiges. (Natürlich weise ich den alten Code via Foto etc. nach)

I bought Age of Empires 3 years ago.

I lost my CD 1 unfortunately. (CD2+CD3 are avaible)

So a friend bought Age of Empires 3 some days ago and I thought i could use his CD1 to install the game and use my own CD Key.

But it wont work because it wont accept my code in my opinion because his version is to new.

So is there a possibility to get a new code by makeing a photo of the old one or any other way to get a working code for the new versions?

Few years back my account got locked out from xbox live because of ToS Violations (modified firmware).

With the release of Age of Empires Online I decided to buy some stuff from the marketplace, but I keep getting errors when trying to process the payment. On live.xbox.com I get error: FFFFFFFF0000006C and inside Age of Empires Online I get 80169d94. I`ve
checked my details on billing.microsoft.com and everything is correct.

My only conclusion then would be that my account is locked from purchasing due to past violations?

 

Xbox Live is not work so well for Xbox 360 lê even for Xbox One Backwards Compatibility, You must wait'till it's been fixed.

 

Verify Xbox live Status and see If the game is totally working.

 

It's possible for this to just taking a little longer than usual. Have you tried to wait a few minutes? If that doesn't work, are you able to launch and sign into any other title that uses your Xbox account?

Age of Empires: Definitive Edition is only available for Windows 10 PCs.
