Can't get past the "Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare" screen.

Discus and support Can't get past the "Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare" screen. in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; It freezes up at this point, i've tried uninstalling the game but for some reason my Xbox won't let me uninstall anything.     Can't get past the "Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare" screen.


    It freezes up at this point, i've tried uninstalling the game but for some reason my Xbox won't let me uninstall anything.

    Any ideas?

    Can't get past the "Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare" screen.

    Have you tried a full shut down?

    Hold the power button for about 10 seconds until console shuts down and the light on the power brick turns orange.

    wait about 30 seconds then switch back on.

    Try game again then if it doesn't work try uninstalling again.

    I've got a mint condition copy of Call of Duty Advanced Warfare that will never ever load past 80%. Sometimes it doesnt even get that far. Had absolutely no issues installing it on my original Xbox One
