Can't get past Power Card/Powerball selection screen

I have tried to not select any balls just keeps resetting, I have tried to just pick one number and still won't advance me to the actually game. I have uninstalled the app several times, this happened before the last update, I just reinstalled it again today
and the same thing is happening. It isn't necessary to have to purchase powerball number to play Bingo is it???

Power ball under a star ball

look at your card it does and it always has if a power ball is under a starball when the powerball is called you'll hear the sound effect for the powerball, so it does get counted and you do get the one luggage that goes with it

 

Can't get past home screen

I have tried powering off my Xbox three times already but I cannot get past the home screen. I can go to the right and explore mixer, community, entertainment, and store, but when I press the Xbox button on the controller it comes up with an error code.
And then when I go to the Xbox website for the error code it says there are no forums with this error code. If I can get some help on this I would greatly appreciate it.

 

I can't even get back to the main menu I have to close the app every time to get back to the main screen.

 

I'm surprised you haven't seen this on other apps as this is due to a Windows Update that hasn't gone through. Are you still having this issue? Thanks!
