Can't get past opening title page!

Discus and support Can't get past opening title page! in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; We put in the game on XBox One...     Can't get past opening title page!


    We put in the game on XBox One...

    Choose the language

    Per the screen hit the "y" key

    And then hit "any" key

    And all we get is the title page showing space with silver surfer...the game itself doesn't actually start.

    Can't get past title screen

    I downloaded the game when it was free with Xbox gold but whenever I am signed into a profile it always freezes at the title screen then boots me back to the Xbox one home screen. When I try to play while not signed into a profile it works just fine. I've
    tried clearing the local Xbox 360 storage, restarted the Xbox, and uninstalled and reinstalled the game with no luck. Any help would be great

    Can't get past title screen

    Also having a similar problem with Skylanders - assume the system has a problem generally...

    Just wanted to close this out - when I realized the problem was system wide, I searched more generally and saw that a "hard power down" (holding the console button for 10 seconds and restarting) was recommended. This cleared things up...

    Just wanted to close this out - when I realized the problem was system wide, I searched more generally and saw that a "hard power down" (holding the console button for 10 seconds and restarting) was recommended. This cleared things up...
