cant get past my security check?

I am absolutely livid. I cannot get past my security check to access my gold privelages. I know the email and password are % 100 correct cos I just signed up for the complicated and ridiculous social club ***. So now I go onto my xbox and it says its incorrect
and I cannot play online. This is utter *** as I just spent god knows how long signing up for gta v social club. Im paying 60 $ for this? This is probably my tenth time that ive had to go through this. Two months ago I did this. And a month before that. Can
you not *** tell that my email, password, and phone number is always the *** same? So I come online for help and your website is such a **** of *** that I have now spent an hour plus just trying to get help. I cannot explain thoroughly enough how frustrated
and pissed off I am at this point. *** you microsoft. Seriously. I hope you all catch an std from a toilet seat and die. Can I get some *** service while you are gouging me for money, you greedy little twats? I knew xbox live was full of ***, but I expected
professional and effecient support to rely on. Somebody help me please before I smash my skull through this piece of *** plastic box from hell.

dont have a phone so cannot choose those 2 options.

not going to make a new email just for this.

If the problem is only on the xbox console and not on the xbox websites then try the following steps in the exact order

-

1. Check
account.live.com/.../manage to see if at least two security proofs are setup and verified. A phone number and alternate email would be best

2. Delete your profile from the console, be sure to delete only the profile, to do so check this link:

support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete

3. Clear the console cache, see this link for the how to:

4. Turn the console off.

5. Turn the console on.

6. Clear the console cache one more time

7. Redownload your profile.(See the same link as 2.) If you enabled/set up two step verification (on the link at 1.) then instead of the account password you will need to use a app password, see this link for the how to.

Thank you for the response, I apologize for the wording of my question as I was clearly upset. I am just frustrated that this is a reoccurring event that is both tedious and time consuming. I managed to sign back in after confirming my phone number and email
again... though it made me reset my password. I had to go through the two step verification about 12 times as well. Is this a common issue? If so, will the steps above stop this from happening so often? I can understand that security is an issue, but this
system is obviously flawed.
