    MTU, which needs to meet a minimum of 1384 MTU or higher to play games on Xbox Live. Checking and adjusting your router settings could quickly resolve many gaming issues if this setting is too low.

    What does your Xbox say under Current Network settings? Let's have you run the Test multiplayer connection task under the third column(Troubleshooting)

    Ive heard rumblings on kotaku and such. i cant connect either, says my mtu is wrong but im over ethernet and if i remember right the mtu maximum is 1500 kbs over ethernet i cant seem to change it on my end very odd.

    i cant get on either atm, im in north carolina it keeps saying check my MTU settings but there perfect i believe that xbox live is out in a few places right now a few of my friends cant get on right now either with MTU problems as well should be up and running
    in a few hours, also xbox.com is also down so im not exactly sure what it is .
