Can't get past brightness screen

I just bought the game while it is on sale and I can't get past the screen that allows me to change the brightness. It freezes before I can continue with the game. Is there a way to fix this or did I waste my money? Thanks in advance.

Can't get past home screen

I have tried powering off my Xbox three times already but I cannot get past the home screen. I can go to the right and explore mixer, community, entertainment, and store, but when I press the Xbox button on the controller it comes up with an error code.
And then when I go to the Xbox website for the error code it says there are no forums with this error code. If I can get some help on this I would greatly appreciate it.

 

Can't get past title screen

I downloaded the game when it was free with Xbox gold but whenever I am signed into a profile it always freezes at the title screen then boots me back to the Xbox one home screen. When I try to play while not signed into a profile it works just fine. I've
tried clearing the local Xbox 360 storage, restarted the Xbox, and uninstalled and reinstalled the game with no luck. Any help would be great

 

I just bought this game too and am having the same problem. I was really excited to play and it keeps freezing. I've tried re-installing, Hard resetting, and still no luck. I hope they fix it soon and maybe even compensate for this annoyance.

same problem here...if you load the Title Screen then Go Offline it works
