Can't get pass the terms and agreements page on Red dead redemption 2? Game won't let me...

Please try the steps below;

1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

3. Plug the console power cable back in.

4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

If it still doesn't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the game again.

As of September 13, Red Dead Online has now been removed from Xbox Game Pass. Red Dead Redemption 2: Story Mode is downloadable content for Red Dead Online and was not included with Game Pass. Therefore, you would have had to purchase it in order to access it.

For our users that have purchased Red Dead Redemption 2: Story Mode and are no longer able to access it, you will have to purchase Red Dead Online as it is a requirement.

Currently you are able to purchase Red Dead Online, Red Dead Redemption 2: Story Mode & Red Dead Redemption 2 (which bundles both the story mode and online)

As stated, Red Dead Online has been removed from Xbox Game Pass as of September 13th. If you have purchased Red Dead Redemption 2: Story Mode and are no longer able to access it, you will have to purchase Red Dead Online.

Hi Giovanni, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

I have checked the Red Dead Redemption 2: Ultimate Edition and according to the description page it is stated: "Includes Red Dead Redemption 2: Story Mode, Red Dead Online, plus all Special and Ultimate Edition content." This means that it already includes Red Dead Online which will let you play the game.

Make sure to get the Red Dead Redemption 2: Ultimate Edition.

Also, with promotions, it will really depend.

If you purchased Red Dead Redemption 2: Story Mode, then you just purchased an add-on for Red Dead Online which used to be available on Game Pass. Since RDO has been removed from Game Pass, you would need to purchase RDO in order to play Story Mode. If you purchased the full game Red Dead Redemption 2, then check to see what is showing in your purchase history and if it will let you redownload from the store.
