cant get pass redeem code , when will the service be up and running . I have been at this for 3 days with no success , I have spoken to service and the code is correct........any idea ?

im having the same problem they wont even get back to me really thinking of getting a refund and switching to ps4 because of the sheer lack of respect for its customers by mircosoft

From what I have heard they have removed the option to toggle recurring subscriptions when redeeming a code, I have a 1 month code but cant redeem it either because I dont have a credit card, this is really annoying as now i cant use game pass due to microsoft being greedy.

now that they finally have info on the dlc coming out i wanted to check to make sure i redeemed my code for the season pass but cant find anything. i dont remember if i put the code in or not and i cant find my code anywhere.

Since it's already been redeemed there's nothing that could be done. Codes will only redeem what they're made for. So even if it's an Xbox code, but you redeem it through the PC, you would still get Xbox content. So it would have been bought as a Game Pass for PC code instead of Game Pass for console.
