    Can't get or buy apps from Microsoft store


    Hey everyone, got a problem here. I go to the store and if I select a game, the screen in the first pic comes up, then if I click on more games then go back, then the screen in the second pic comes up. As you can see in the second pic, there is no option
    to get or buy. This was not always the case as I downloaded Hitman and Fifa 18 demos. Now I can get anything at all. HELP ME PLEASE..........I just got this Xbox One S a week ago.

    Can't purchase points from Xbox or Online

    You can also buy Microsoft Points from stores if you can't buy them from your account. Most stores that sell video games will have them.

    Issue opening settings and browse games

    I can hear that settings or browse games or most other apps have been selected but nothing happens. I can't open settings I can't even open the game browser section of the game store. In fact I can't even buy anything from the store as it does nothing when
    I select it. Please help as this is more than frustrating.

    How to install game on XBOX from PC platform

    Did you buy the game from xbox.com or the Microsoft Store app? If it was from the Microsoft Store app, then the purchase may have been for PC only.

    Yes, the Microsoft store app is available on Windows PC but you can't download Warzone from the Microsoft store app on your PC.

    You can Download from the Microsoft store app on the laptop. If you can't find it in the store be sure you are using the correct account in the Microsoft Store App.

    You mean the store and app I can't sign into? The error is preventing me from signing into Microsoft. From the store, to the XBox app to Cortana.
