can’t get onto mine craft Xbox one edition

Sometime last year i bought minevraft xbox one edition and now i cannot get onto it and it says i have to redeem a code and i dont have one

When the Better Together Update was released on September 20, 2017, the Xbox One Edition was made unavailable for digital purchase on the Xbox Store, but DLC is still available.
Buying a retail version of the game is still possible. You will have to download the newer version of Minecraft as shown on this page:

If you already own a digital copy of Minecraft: Xbox One Edition then the new Minecraft version will be available automatically within My games & apps on your console. To install, go to
My games & apps > Games and look for Minecraft under the
Ready to install tab.

If you missed the free upgrade, the only way to upgrade would be to purchase the upgrade.

[/quote]Building in Minecraft is very similar to building with Lego, so to build a roof employ the same method, if you have never played Lego, then your stuffed, lol.
