Discus and support can’t get online with my account in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; I can’t go online tried everything bought a new console still cannot get online with my account but can go online with new account so nothing wrong...     I can’t go online tried everything bought a new console still cannot get online with my account but can go online with new account so nothing wrong with connection something wrong with account

    I got hacked and lost 400 dollars and then they hacked my account again and messaged people inappropriate things on my account and I got banned, I reset all of my passwords but how do I get unbanned

    I can get on the account. I just can’t join parties or play online

    I’ve tried and I’ve tried and it’s not working I’ve just put a voucher on my sons account and he’s bout the console pass instead of the Xbox live monthly pass so he can’t get online
