Cant Get On Xbox360 Live

Hey guys,

A few months ago my mother's email address got 'hacked' so microsoft completely deleted her email address that was connected to my brothers account, he is over 18 he just didn't have an account so used my mothers, the only problem is he now cant get access
on xbox live, he can get on his account but he cant connect online. We have tried everything with Microsoft, phoning up, email ect. It's just he has spent over 5 years with microsoft and spent thousands of pounds on DLC but he cant access any of it, so i was
hoping someone perhaps had a solution to this or is there someway he can get his account linked up to mine, since i am his sister i was wandering if that was in anyway possible?

my profile

the service alert deleted my profile from my xbox360 and now its not on my xbox360 and if i try to download it it wont let it says sorry try again later and i just bought live and if i cant get my live back it will be a waist of money. please fix my xbox360
so i can get my profile back.

Problems with update of xbox360

Just bought Forza4 for my xbox360, and it needs xbox360 update, but I cant get through with update, also tryed from xbox live, still nothing. Looks like my xbox wont update.

How are you accessing the account without an email address?

Are you not able to access the personal details of the account to add a new email address?

What message are you getting when trying to connect online?

If you are using the same console all the DLC he has bought should be available to all users in that console.

If he creates a new account on it, he should be able to download all that DLC again for free.

That not good that I cant formatt my 3TB for my xbox360 . Our 250 hdd cant hold all my stuff.Tell the markers MKX if I put 90 dollars for the game it better be off the hook for xbox360 or xbox1 then PS4.R Im getting the PC 1.

If you are wireless can you also state whether you are using the white or black external adapter or the Xbox 360S Internal adapter
