Can’t get on Xbox live

hi can’t get on Xbox live keeps saying service alert I been talking to someone earlier and they said it a failure on Xbox side how long is this going to take because I am paying for something I can’t use is anyone trying to find out what the problem is by
any chance

Multiplayer doesn’t work. Can’t view memberships

so my games play and my apps work ok. But I can’t get multiplayer to work. On the home screen it says “can’t get this data right now” it says something similar when looking up my memberships. Does anyone know what’s going on? Did my Xbox live expire?
Should I do a hard reset?

 

Tried everything and still can’t connect to xbox live

for 2 weeks now I have received message ‘can’t connect to Xbox live please try later’ . I have done everything on the website and hard re-set, checked internet, up address etc - pay a months rolling subscription and can’t access it. Can’t get through via
phone as waited and waited. Very frustrating

Any advice ?

but if you're still experiencing connection issues you can always run through troubleshooting here Xbox One : Networking for Xbox One or Xbox 360 : Networking
for Xbox 360.
