cant get on xbox due to security info change?

it said it would not affect my ability to use xbox live

so when i log in on xbox one i get a pop up saying "Did you request a security info change?" and yes i did due to O2 Email no longer existing so the backup email i had on my account no longer exists

so obviously i click "yes this was me"

then i get a page saying click next to continue using your xbox one

i click next and then it reverts back to the original page asking if i requested a security info change

has anyone any experience of this?

incredibly frustrated now

Cant send messages

Cant send messages on xbox one says to check if ive been banned which i haven't or update some security info which i have twice now, and still cant send messages on xbox, Help please, thanks

 

Log in at https://account.live.com and see if the issue can be resolved from there. Try adding a new backup email and that could possibly help.

 

Having the same issue now. Following that link above does the same thing pretty much :/

 

I have the same issue, so annoying. I only wanted to change my phone number. And now i can't log in on my xbox.
