Can't get on X-box live on Star Wars Battlefront

I don't know if buying the outter rim dlc or downloading the Battlefront companion app is causing it but I can't get on LIVE for nothing Pls help.... Plus my nephew and I couldn't figure out to get my tag from my 360 and I found it but here its showing with
numbers and I deleted that....help??????????

You need to open port 1863 (UDP & TCP) in addition to the other ports required for Xbox Live.

Sorry you're having issues with your live connection and gamertag. Once a gamertag is changed it cannot be changed back unless you change it back yourself. Could it be another email address you used to setup your account? With the Xbox One live connection,
does it get online and have you ever been able to get on Xbox Live? Try going to Settings, All Settings, Network, and testing your multiplayer connection. If there is an issue connecting to Xbox Live it will be shown there. Also, for additional steps try running
through this troubleshooter. If you get any specific errors, and the solution linked doesn't work, please post those error messages back here.
