    Cant get on my profile for 360 but can on the one


    My microsoft account have hacked so I change my password but now when I go to sign in I get the error code 8015190a for the 360 and not the one I have tried changing the password again removing the security info redownloading my account and nothing works

    Helo i have Same problém but only on my Xbox 360 profile on Xbox one profil working normaly only i cant connect online on backward compatible games. yes and i cant redownload 360 profil.

    how can i remove password of my xbox 360 profile so i dont have 2 use the password 2 acces my xbox profile on the xbox as i try 2 download my profile and it starts 2 downoad then sez please try agen later what can i do as i still got a month or so left
    on my account and would like to be able 2 use the account please can you tell me how i can sort it out?
