    when I try and get on FIFA 17 online a message comes up with error enter this code- 0x838601e7 but it says it's wrong, so I can't get on FIFA.

    I play Fifa 17 on Xbox 360 and when I play a online game I cannot see the ball of my Team!

    Sorry to hear about the issue. Are you able to play any other games online or do you get the error code you mentioned with all games? What exactly are you trying to do when you get that code?
