Cant get new Xbox subscription due to previous sub from a different region.

I dont think there is subscription codes for Lithuania region so i gues i bought first time 12 months UK sub from here

And yesterday i bought from different site - new 12 moths code of sub (
https://cdkeys.com.au)

And it seems code is invalid , i think there might be a region problem.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have an issue with codes. Unfortunately, if you are getting an error that the code cant be redeemed due to region. Then support is correct they are for another region. This is totally possible to happen even
if purchased from a local store. We recommend going to the store and letting them know the codes they have are for a different region. You can try the

code solution guide. But as the codes are for different region you will not be able to redeem them.

Is this your first time trying to subscribe to Game Pass? Please check your account services page on https://account.microsoft.com/services if there are no past due balances or error from your previous subscription if you had one.

I also suggest to try getting the subscription using a different device, internet connection, and if possible a different account.

It has to be a new purchase rather then a previous out of region download

Region locks are applied due to international laws and copyright and distibution rights

Region locked content isn't garenteed to transfer with region migrations
