    Can't get new code to work.


    I recently bought a wireless controller and in the box under the controller was a xbox game pass code that says it'd cover 14 days after redeeming. I haven't heard about this before since it isn't advertised on the box of the controller and I also haven't gotten a controller in a while. But, when I went to redeem the code it says it was already redeemed. Anybody have any idea what might have happened? Or could I be missing something maybe a certain requirement for this to work?

    I wasn't able to find it on the website but I checked on my xbox and theres no past subscription to the game pass. Maybe I can't have it since I'm a gold member?

    Did you already have an Xbox Game Pass previously or do now? I think those codes are only for new subscribers to Game Pass unfortunately.

    If you log in to your account on the xbox website and go to subscriptions it should tell you your history if you've had it or not.

    You can't get it anymore the code was a limited time offer which ended on the 8th so a new code won't work anyways

    No matter if you used it or not the code had to be used before the 8th
