    Xbox one console not controlling TV since receiving it back from service.

    I have the same problem with the same TV. It will not control TV power either off or on. I also can't get my Xbox to turn on by saying Xbox On, either. But Xbox off works, just won't turn TV off.

    Hi

    Can you first try removing the power cable from the wall outlet for two minutes to allow the console to fully power down and reset the internal power supply in case this is the cause of your problem.

    Additionally to this can you please follow the troubleshooting guide below to hopefully help with your issue.

    do you got a router? try resetting it. can you get on the internet with your PC?

    sometimes I can't get on xbox live myself , I found the problem believe It or not. If I turn my modem & router on and then the xbox in that order I can't connect. what I got to do is turn my modem & router on then wait 5 minutes then turn on the xbox. I
    guess it takes a few minutes for the connection to reach it.
