Can't get my Xbox One to stream to my phone, just shows the same page of "show more" after...

I want to stream music while I play games, like I said, my phone's usb storage will show up on my xbox but it won't show the music I have on my phone, it says none is found. but there is... I'm wondering if it needs to be in a certain file in my phone or
not.

Thank you so much for this but I have just tried changing my default country to UK (which it said it did) but I still can't purchase it. The first page shows £ but the second page defaults to $ and the address page defaults to United States. We've tried
to do it on the xbox but we get an error message after we input card details. Is anyone else having the same problem?

I did the power cycle, remove my profile and sign in and out and so far nothing. i did a test run and streamed Sims 4 for 5 minutes just randomizing the sim and it didnt show on my console that i streamed BUT it showed on the Xbox one app that i did stream.

I'm having issues with Netflix too. I can choose any profile login but one you choose a show or flick everything freezes at 25% no matter if the show is HD or not...If the show does start to stream after about two minutes of streaming the show will buffer
and freeze at 25% again... I can run Crunchy roll and Hulu at HD and not have a single issue at all. Removing the app and resetting the Xbox doesn't seem to work at all once updates take place... My Roku box streams Netflix with out issues... I can run Netflix
on Roku and my pc at the same time with out issue...

When the update fails, are you able to see something like "Error 201, Error 101" or similar?
If yes, tell me what's the error code that you're seeing

If not, are you able to see the option to factory reset but deleting everything?
