    i bought a V-bucks card for my son. i put the card on the account an no v-bucks was shown then when i type the code how it told me to then it said the code was already used but i did not receive the vbuck on the fortnite account

    Nothing outweighs "true ownership" of your games.

    The key word is primary then they talk about the secondary. How often does your internet go down and is it down for a long period. The thing this affects more is the secondary user getting shared files. I cant remember the last time mine went down...

    When you try to log in, you should get the option of "Use other method", switch it to email and send it to your secondary email which you should have added at sign up.

    I assume this is a Hotmail/Live/Outlook email? If so, and you didn't set up a secondary email you will need to contact Live accounts support to get access as it isn't an Xbox specific thing.
