    Cant get my rewards


    Im playing trove and i see the Xbox my rewards of trove, the problem is that when i start the mission it appears that i need to download the game but i already have it, i only want my mission for dragon coins

    No I put in 250 tickets last month and when I goto my awards page it says ive won a 6 months live gold .. but when I click to get the code it just error..???

    The rewards program has not given away in 6 months gold lately. If they did it would have been sent to your email and not listed on the Rewards site. If this was for the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer support via their
    redemption page. The 2 program are not the same.

    Do you mean the Ambassador sweepstakes? If so, you'll need to post in the Ambassador forums for assistance. Since that is not a Rewards program offer, Rewards support will not be able to assist.
