    can't get my money


    my granddaughter open a subscription for my grand son. we closed it and was refunded 3 months. this month i was charged $9.99 from my checking account. i called and he closed supposal the account that the $9.99 was pulled out of but can't refund my money.
    i would like to say i don't understand why and not the reason he gave me.

    You would need to try contacting support and speak to billing. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or Contact Us | Xbox Support

    In cases where a 3rd party account is banned, this does not affect your refund eligibility. Purchases that are older than 14 days and have already been redeemed and used in-game cannot be refunded.

    I made a request for a refund and it was approved but I haven't gotten my money back yet how long will I have to wait for it its been about thirty minutes

    It said it was refunded buy I still haven't gotten my money and I can't wait till next week to get it back to wait for it I need my money now
