    Can't get my games installed


    I purchased it in mainland China, but I played a little trick on where I was gonna buy it, the location I set is Hongkong, now the game goes wrong, and I cant even put my exchange code into the game to install it. When the game goes wrong, it says plz contact
    with you sellers to set the location right ,your exchange code is wrong in this area.,
    plz help me! ! !

    I can't get my games

    My games won't load and many of them are missing. I rebooted the computer it did not fix the problem

    I'm sorry you are experiencing issues installing Demon Slayer.

    If you don't mind, I'd like to ask you a few questions:

    - May I ask which Xbox model you are using?

    - Do you have any external storage units plugged into your console?

    - To clarify, does the game let you select the uninstall option from the "My games and apps" section? If so, does it just come back the next time you boot your console?

    Cannot Join Party, DLC Content?

    this is a load of rubbish. So much hassle just to have a game of co-op with my mate. Redeem code, register for Uplay, then can't have the game installed on HDD, delete from HDD, skip audio install, get told can't join game, restart game, install audio.
    Why can't the game just disable the DLC like every other game out there? Absolute rubbish.
