    Hello, i purchased a virtual key for xbox one of Fifa 19 and the key was already used i need to send a screenshot of a mail from you with the following instruction if you can : screenshots of information from Xbox SUPPORT with exact date and time (with
    timezone) of redeem. Key has to be visible in support answer.

    I can't get my games

    My games won't load and many of them are missing. I rebooted the computer it did not fix the problem

    Have you reached out to the seller you bought the key from? They are the ones that can help you get a replacement key.

    Yes i did and he ask me that: The Buyer is requested to provide us with screenshots of information from Xbox SUPPORT with exact date and time (with timezone) of redeem. Key has to be visible in support answer. You
    can use services such as imgur in order to host pictures and paste the links here. Regards.

    Hi, Xbox support will not provide that information. Seems to me the seller stitched you up.

    Did you pourchase the key from the G"A site. this is common practise with them and should not be used IMO. The seller sells you a code that is not valid or has been used knowing you cant prove when it was used. I do not think xbox support will tell you the
    date a code was redeemed but it couldn't hurt to ask.
