Cant get my game to download on my Xbox

I'm sure I have bought it with the same account. Like Obsessive showed above the account is matching. After rebooting the Xbox twice now it still doesnt work. I will contact assistence to try and fix it.

Are you sure you have the same account on your console that you used on the App to purchase your game?

If your game shows on your purchase history, but not in your 'Ready to Install' list on the console, please do the following:

With the console on and signed in to Xbox Live, hold down the power button until the console goes completely off. Wait about 10 seconds and start it back up. When it gets to the dashboard, check if your game is in your Ready to Install list.

On the Xbox App, click on the the lines icon on the top left of the screen (circled). This will show you what account you are signed in with on the mobile app (circled). Does the account you are signed in on the App, match the account on the console?

If it doesn't match, you've bought the game with a different account and you'll need to sign in with this account on the console in order to download the game. If it does match the account, you'll need to contact support for assistance.
