    cant get my game sharing back


    I no longer have my old xbox 1 and it was set to my home Xbox and now i cant make my new 1 my home Xbox! It says I can only have 1 home Xbox, but i thought it would just take it off my old box

    any help will be appreciated

    Sorry to hear that you're having issues. However, what you should do is contact phone support yourself to get the full story straight from the horses mouth as it were. Perhaps your friend misquoted what he was told.

    I cant get my old gamertag back ive tried several times and my friend called you guys he said you guys said, your gamertag cant been taken for 60 days i just went to the store to get microsoft points to change my gamertag back and now i cant use it

    Sorry to hear it. If you have not maxed out the Home setting on your account you should just be able to set it. You will get a warning message stating that you can only have one Home at a time but just continue on.

    If you have maxed out the Home setting then click this link Customer Support to get the number for phone support in your region. You can ask for a reset of the Home setting on your account.

    If it's not something that will be synchronized to the Cloud, like save games etc. then I'm afraid those will be gone and unrecoverable
