cant get my free games from my xbox live acount from lap top

hello Amigo please if somebody can help out,this is the third time I sing in int my xbox live account and try to get my free xbox 360 free games from my gold membership and is impossible to get then,the web page only let me get the xbox one free games and
that weird because I have an xbox slim 360,please I don't know whats going on when I am already inside my xbox live account I go to free games and a click on game that is free and then the page goes to the game page and only give the opcion to see the price,
not the opcion to buy.

this happening from mi laptop winndown 10 because I am traveling and I am not using my xbox slim 360 for the moment

I guess I already lost my games from this month

I hope you can help me thank so much for your time.

Could it be possible that because you're travelling you are outwith your usual geographic locale & this might be causing the issue?

The see price page will need to be clicked and it should come up as free after pressed if you are logged into the account that has gold attached. It will ask for bank details but don't worry money shouldn't be taken out if it does then you can contact support
about that

It could be a location issue with trying to buy the games since the Xbox 360 is region locked.

Hi Roberto,

Thank you for coming to the forums. When trying to redeem or claim one of the free Xbox 360 games, either on the console or online, you need to select "See price" and then it will re-direct you to the Xbox 360 marketplace. The Xbox One Store and the Xbox
360 marketplace are different sites and backwards compatible content is still purchased from the old marketplace billing system.

As long as you are signed into the account that owns the gold subscription, you will be able to claim the game for free.
