Cant get my files back

If it's not something that will be synchronized to the Cloud, like save games etc. then I'm afraid those will be gone and unrecoverable

on what kind of device did you do a factory reset? Xbox console, PC or something else? If it's a console also be sure to add what type of Xbox console it was.

Just a friendly reminder though that once you perform a factory reset on your console removing everything this will remove your games, accounts, as well as locally saved data but you can definitely reinstall all of your games as long as you're signed in under the account where the games were purchased.

In regards to your data, it will just re-sync if they're stored on your cloud storage which they're stored if you're playing your games while connected to Xbox Live.

I ended up getting my player back once the EA servers were back online. I guess if the servers are down it cant load your files. I didnt end up losing anything everything was there.
