Can't get Microsoft to call me back - despite numerous callbacks logged

I need to talk to someone overt the phone to run a 16 card number for me as Microsoft is taking around €60 a day in various xbox charges (never had an xbox) so all fraudulent transactions. Need to find the account that is using my card details and get them
stopped. Cancelled my card and still Microsoft seem to have authority to get my new card details as the charges reappeared. Have had a webchat but they can't run the card details as it has to be done over the phone.

Have logged around 20 requests for call backs in the last fortnight, and yet to receive one - HOW DO I GET TO TALK TO SOMEONE??

Im having the same issue regarding callbacks, nobody is calling me back despite arranging multiple call backs. This customer service is the worst ive seen in any company ive dealt with.

Thank you... but my account has been suspended so I can't request a callback as I need to be logged in to do that......

I have tried calling Microsoft in both U.K. and US but it seems I can't actually speak to a human as the recorded message says to log in to you account and request a call back!!!

Hello Marie,

If you can't access to your account to get a call back, make a NEW MICROSOFT ACCOUNT. Then, you can request a callback.

Its totally unacceptable, I am currently in the process of trying to get some coverage of my story.....

Can't get an email address for complaints anywhere......

Have been promised numerous courtesy call backs that haven't happened...

Meant to have been called today at 12:00 - No call...

Constantly given incorrect information....

There must be a group/alliance on line that pursue Microsoft's appalling customer service?

Have now emailed some UK press companies to get my story published.

I have given Microsoft numerous opportunities to rectify this situation!!!!!!

Yeah I'm trying to get some support but the callback service has three times told me that I can expect a call back in 6 minutes, with no call received.

I wish I had some way to just raise a support ticket like most vendors offer but I can't seem to find one.
