    Can't get Microsoft Jigsaw to play


    Just installed Microsoft Jigsaw on my new computer and got the following message when I tried to play the game:

    in-app purchase item is no longer available in Microsoft Jigsaw

    brand new HP desktop with 12GB RAM, Windows 10 Home Premium

    Can't get into game most times. Ad crashes.

    I can't get past the ad to play Microsoft jigsaw. It starts to play, then the ad crashes after a few seconds.

    i like playing jigsaw games, but i also want a chance tplay regulas ga,\mes.

    I have not been around much to see the changes on Microsoft....but I have played jigsaw games before, but now after playing jigsaw games, I want to play regular game, but jigsaw keeps [popping in the side, I can't get to my regular puzzles at all.../..

    Hey there rocon1104.

    Let's try uninstalling Microsoft Jigsaw, restart your PC, and then re-install it. Once it's reinstalled, make sure you signed in with your correct Microsoft account.

    Same problem with Jigsaw - Solitaire works, but not Jigsaw on Surface 4 in the past week. Xbox customer help can't solve it as this is a 'games on windows' problem, they say. Microsoft Answer Desk can't help. And Jigsaw works fine on a Dell Win 10 platform,
    so it's something about Jigsaw communicating with the xbox registry server on the Surface 4.

    Game freezing up constantly

    cant play jigsaw anymore. freezes and x's itself out. anybody know of another good jigsaw app game I can get. since, Microsoft doesn't seem to be interested in fixing these issues.
