Can't get live on my account and dont know the password anymore what to do?!

Hallo Xbox,

I have a account named KevKe2 and i can't get logged in anymore for live. And i don't know my password so i made a new account but in mine old account there is still money left. The problem is when i can;t get live on my old account i can;t use the
money. How can i fix this?

When I try to sign in to xbox live on my gamer profile I can't because of the new update. I know all of my info for my active account, but I dont know the password for the parent account that overides the active account. Also I can't recover the password
because the email to my parent account doesn't exist anymore. I don't remember the secret question to my parent account. Please help my gamer tag is

i set up my xbox live account at my friends house a few years back, and since he doesnt use the email address anymore, plus we are no longer really close friends, i dont know how to get on to my xbox live because he has the password which i dont know! and
its really beginning to **** me off!!

If you forgot your password there is a solution for it: Password reset. To reset your password
