Cant get it to update

I can't get bf4 to update. I checked my internet connection. Hard reset the system. Just everytime I start the game it says that it needs an update but won't let me select start update or cancel. It basically freezes the system can't even go back to main
menu.

Cant process update

I cant update my xbox, I get an error saying "update failed". It tells me to go to www.xbox.com/support with status code: 3F4A-3F4B-1380-0702-C000-0099

I put it in and it says "There are no results"

Anyone else get this? I cant update so i cant get online.

Yeah I still cant get it to update so I cant go online!

 

Are u using wifi or directly connected to modem? If u r using wifi, connect directly to the modem and see if that works. I've had issues with updates using wifi.

 

If you still can't fix it, I suggest an uninstall/re-install. Just let the game fully and completely install before playing any aspect of it. I've found, more times than not, that if I start playing a game before it's finished installing, there's usually
some kind of hiccup, save corruption, infinite loading map or some kind of other issue that always screws up a game somewhere down the line. Now I let it finish and I find that I'm not running into those "in game" problems anymore. Just my experience with
the One so far.
