Cant get it right?

Microsoft makes billions of dollars a year why is it yall cant keep the Xbox 1 up and running with no major problems. With all that money and technology it seems like there should never be any down time....... we as customers of microsoft should be given
more than appology, we did spend upwards of $600.00. Plus you give away piddley games noone cares about and act like yall really did us a favor. Quit vacationing on our money and give us a proper gaming experiance with unfaulty hardware and real games to download.

Cant get it to update

I can't get bf4 to update. I checked my internet connection. Hard reset the system. Just everytime I start the game it says that it needs an update but won't let me select start update or cancel. It basically freezes the system can't even go back to main
menu.

Are u using wifi or directly connected to modem? If u r using wifi, connect directly to the modem and see if that works. I've had issues with updates using wifi.

Strange. My xbox one works flawlessly.

 

My Xbox one is fine, I am on the preview so we get problems mine have been minor, all I expect from Microsoft is to keep improving what is already a great machine.
