    hello. I can't get into Xbox store on Xbox one. It said Try that again page could not be loaded. Please try again later that code is 0x8000FFFF. The other one is check your internet connection and try again we couldn't connect to the server. That code is
    0x80072F06. I done a test network connection and it said it was all good. Please help me to resolve this problem. Thank you

    Bought Tom Clancy's Wildlands off the xbox store, try to download it and get nothing but the 0x8000ffff error message.

    The recent outage of Xbox Live is fixed, except i'm still unable to access the store:

    I am with Preview Program and I just downloaded the dashboard update on (17/06/2016) and my Store started having issues, one of them was that I wasn't able to download anything from it.

    I was instructed by support to restore the Xbox to factory defaults and now the store is totally broken, I can't open the store now because i recieve this code 0x8000FFFF and one beside it that use to change like this:

    CV:yAzx+QjcXkO89lEr

    I checked my network settings and everything is fine connecting to xbox live and multiplayer,I tried to open it while I was in a Xbox Live Party speaking with someone to be sure I wasn't having problems with my connection but the same code appears.

    Please assist.

    I've got the same problem as you. I've purchased the digital copy of a game tonight and I can't install it : error 0x8000ffff.

    The problem is for all my games not installed in fact.

    I think it's a network problem.
