    Can't get into xbox live account


    Good evening.

    I'm having trouble getting into my account because an old email got deleted and I need THAT email to sign in. Since it is no longer in service, I can't sign in and put the new email address in. Anyway to solve this?

    If you can't get to your Windows Live ID, then you can't get into your Xbox Live account.

    Can't get into old account

    I can't get into my old xbox live account, I've done the verify your ownership thing about 7 times all failed and was told to just make a new account on the website. But I can't get into my xbox one profile without the old account info.

    How can you change accounts so you can get into the xbox live profile and play game and stuff?

    hi there I would like to say i'm sorry to see that your having issues with you account. i'm not really clear on what your having issues with but if its just to put in a new email address then you could go to www.xbox.com/proofs if this doesn't work pls let
