cant get into xbox account on PC

Is he able to see the correct gamertag?

Also, ask him to sign in his account on a different PC/Device to see how it goes. This helps us to isolate a bit more the issue

cant be signed in to a windows pc game and xbox live console with same account.

so i cant play a movie or music or a game. xbox is useless when playing aoe online. unless i make another account and buy more live time. and it seems so far i cant unlink the aoe online account.

i gess u would need to play window games pc to under stand.

I figured it out yesterday after I posted this on reddit multiple people had the same problem
