Cant Get into the Xbox Preview Program/forum

My friend invited me to the xbox preview program 3 times each time i waited a week for each invite nothing happened! just wondering if you can move me up higher on the list or check on it that would be much appreciated! Thnx!

Questions about the Preview Program & EA access hub app

Im in the preview program, fully registered. When I click on the EA access hup app it says unavailable? Its one of the quests to sign up and use ea access. I can pin the app but not download. Anyone know why I cant download the ea access hub app? Also I
cant get into the preview program forums.

I have been accepted into the Preview Program but cant access the forums, keep getting "Group Not Found". Anyone know why?

being invited to the preview program does not guarantee selection. And bear in mind that they do invites in batches/waves due to volume of people trying to join.

How will you know if you are selected?

You'll get a service message from the team on your Xbox One. The message will include a link to download the Xbox Preview Dashboard app. You'll need to use the app to register your console for Preview updates.

I have not gotten the dashboard app message to download it. I talked to support and they did help a little but told me to post on the forum but I have no access so can someone please give me access so I can get the link sent to me. Thank you.
