    Can't get into my xbox because of internet problem..


    Today, i logged into my xbox but saw that NAT Type was OPEN but services were unavailable. i checked with a gamer and they said to reset console. after i did, they never replied again leaving me LOCKED OUT (can not continue without proper internet...)
    says Additional Authentication Needed.. please help

    So when you 'reset' your Xbox, what exactly did you do, please? And who is this 'gamer' you got advice from?

    they told me to reset my console and then didn't respond back, and i can't get in because to get back into your xbox your internet must be authenticated and even if you press continue it starts you back at choose your language and
