    Update error

    Hi, I've got a problem with updating my Xbox. Every time I try and update it, it comes up with a message saying I can't update due to the status code 3cd6-3f45-a080-0c00-8007-2746. Also, my recent purchases have been deleted and I can't do anything about
    it because I can't get into Xbox live to re download them. Please help!!!!!

    Just as of recent - i'm getting the same error. I gameshare with a friend of mine and she's able to get into my account using her controller - why can't I use my controller to get into my account anymore? I can't even play any games!

    Having the same issues myself. Recently bought a 360 to play some games that aren't backwards compatible and I can't get my profile downloaded onto the console. I get the same error saying my credentials aren't correct. I can log in fine on my series X and the xbox website. I've turned reccuring billing off and on and turned 2 step off and on and still can't get my profile downloaded to the 360 console.

    it seems that i can not download any recently purchased items but i can download all my others that i have purchased before and out of 4 downloads of two recently bought games, the download stops at 23% for 10 minutes then shows the error can't download

    at commerce.microsoft.com it shows up twice in Recent transactions with the second one saying refund but I tried to download the game a second time after getting a errror the first time and the mony has been taken out of my bank account but I can't download

    But the content wasn't recently downloaded it was downloaded a while back and i can't get to it from my download history. It was fine working on the xbox that got the red ring I should be able to get to it on the xbox i just bought also. It's as if i never
