Cant get into my old xbox account

my xbox did a hard reset due to now being connected to wifi for two days and i type everything right account and password but now im signed into a totally new account i need help cause i want to recover all my friends and other data this regent isnt even
my account its the one it created my real account is J Yezzy23

can i transfer my xbox live gold account to a new gamertag?

my old email was hacked so i cant access my microsoft account. i cant change it without getting into my old account.any suggestions? i cant get a hold of anyone from microsoft to help

Do you have a console that has ever had the Profile in question on it before?

If not you will have to try and remember some of the answers to those questions on the account recovery form.

If you do have a console that has had that profile on it previously AND have received the email from the account recovery team that you have not provided them with enough information you can contact xbox support by going to support.xbox.com/contact-us and
have them do a forgotten password escalation where they will ask for information about the account and the console that it was on previously and then the escalations team will look at those answers to see if there was enough of them correct and if so then
they would send you a link to reset your password.
