Cant get into my account

Okay so I'm in a bit of a huge situation. I had given my xbox one to my brother a little bit ago, and before i can get anything off the xbox one he deleted my account. I cannot remember the email for the life of me because i had made the email specifically
for the xbox one, not an email i use daily which is why i cannot recall the email. Now i know every game i ever played on the xbox, i know my username, i know my password (i think), but i cannot get into it because i do not know my email. I'm extremely irritated
and frustrated because i had uploaded money onto my account and its still there which i cannot use. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help me. I've emailed Microsoft before plenty of times on this issue they continue to say i do not supply enough information in order to
access my account. I'm about ready to give up. Please help, i miss my account lol..

Verify if its corrupted in your storage device. Then even if its or not try the following steps (In that specific order):

- Verify/Update Security proofs (Alternative Email, Phone, Secret Question & Answer) Enter
account.live.com/.../manage

* Recommend 1 Mobile Phone, 2 Email, Secret question.

*Also make sure able to access to email page (Hotmail, Gmail, etc.) and xbox.com

- Delete profile ONLY from your storage Device. (See
support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete)

1. Go to Settings, and then select System.

2. Select Storage.

3. Select All Devices.

4. Select Gamer Profiles.

5. Select the gamertag that you want to delete.

6. Select Delete.

7. Select one of the following:

◦Select delete profile only. This deletes the profile but leaves saved games and Achievements.

◦Select Delete Profile and Items to delete the profile and the associated saved games and achievements.

- Delete Cache (3 Times in A Row) (See
support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache)

1. - Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and select System Settings.

2. - Select Storage or Memory.

3. - Highlight any storage device, and then press Y on your controller. (It doesn't matter which storage device you select; the cache will be cleared for all storage devices.)

4. - Select Clear System Cache.

5. - When prompted to confirm storage device maintenance, select Yes.

- Power cycle your console.

- Download Profile Again.

Lets us know if works.

* Few moments ago was an alert this steps may make a maintenance in your GT and Xbox 360.

There is nothing anyone else can do from what I'm guessing you don't have an creditcard on file do yoi

If this is so you are going to have to work out the info

And dispute what you think this is enforced by law

If you don't provide enough info they cannot hand you any information on the account

Nor can they tell you what you are wrong or missing

And yes thats part of the privacy laws
